IDRO (Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran) and Dana Energy Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in September of this year for Joint Collaboration. The MoU was signed by IDRO’s Executive Member, Mr Fardad Daliri and Dana Energy’s Exploration & Production President and Board Member, Mr Khoee. The ceremony took place at IDRO’s Headquarter in Tehran and was officiated by Mansour Moazami, Chairman & Deputy of Minster and Mohammad Iravani, Chairman & CEO of Dana Energy Company.
Under this MoU both parties will be collaborating across the board and specifically in areas of studies, financing and carrying out projects together in the Oil and Energy industry to promote national interests and benefit NIOC’s top priority of attaining synergy through local partnerships.
This MoU is the first joint collaboration that has taken place between two Iranian E&P Companies in the Oil and Energy sector.
IDRO qualified as an E&P company in May 2017 by NIOC and signed an MoU with them for the development studies of Susangerd oilfield.
Dana Energy qualified as an E&P company in early 2016 and has signed MoUs with international companies since.
